Good experience since last two years with SGM fitness, here's friendly & positive atmosphere..... Sunil sir is best trainer and mentor like friend ,father figure...he gave us diet schedule and he checked out our diet schedule on daily basis.....here's not only gym but also group workout-activities cross fit , mediation session,lots of games fun and much more...💪must visit &join us👍

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at SGM fitness club. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. Sunil sir is very helpful in every way possible.Going out of the way and helping each and every member in gym really speaks of his dedication and passion. The way he explains the techniques, it has really been very helpful to me which I had not got in my previous gyms which I have been going for months and even years.The cross fit session on every alternate day of week are really beneficial, you will definitely see results.Also he is helping everyone personally on their nutrition (diet plan).If you are person of sheer will and dedication this is the place for you.Without having second thoughts give it a try, I bet you will not regret your decision.

The best gym I have ever been too .....other gym focuses on giving us unnecessary packages but sgm fitness is only concerned about our fitness .....the coach here really focuses on each and every single one and guides them as per their body type which I have never seen in other gyms....I loved the guidance of our coach and he has great advance knowledge about this field . The proper techniques that they teach us is what we need ....dng gym is one thing but dng it in a proper way and technique is what I have learned from sgm fitness ....don't think twice if you want to change yourself you are on the right place
